REFUND POLICY 

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please view the return deadlines below.

RETURN DEADLINES:

Refunds: Must be received within 30 days of the original order date. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment only. Once processed, refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your bank account. Shipping fees are not refundable. If the original form of payment is unavailable, a Glow and Co. will be issued as a gift card.

Exchanges: Due to the uniqueness of our products, we will not be able to exchange a product. Please see the Refunds Section on how to return an item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within ten business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We do not offer any exchanges. Our stock is small and there is no guarantee that item will still be available. We only offer refunds once we review the returned product.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 4615 County Road 205, Cape Girardeau, Missouri, US 63701

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
